- Inspect for peeling or cracking membrane
- Inspect flashing for HVAC units, pipes, and drains
- Check all roof accessories and penetrations
- Probe test seams and splices for weaknesses
- Check for moisture and potential leaks
- Inspect and reseal all flashing
- Tighten or replace loose screws
- Examine all caulking and sealants
- Clear all drains (surface cleaning only)
- Seal pipe boots, flashing, gutters, and exposed fasteners
- Reattach loose gutter
